Our Goals
The Brayton Fire Department Association actively applies for grants and welcomes donations from the community to fund essential equipment and training for our volunteers. Below is where each of our current fundraising goals stands — every contribution, large or small, brings us closer to keeping our firefighters safe and our community protected.
A battery-powered hydraulic cutter/spreader used to free trapped victims during vehicle extrication and rescue calls.
Self-contained breathing apparatus cylinders let firefighters work safely in smoke and toxic air. The tanks carry an expiration date and must be replaced to stay certified.
Supports the everyday costs of running the association as a non-profit — website and email, accounting, insurance, and other miscellaneous fees. None of it pays salaries; our firefighters are all volunteers.
